And my very fave...

This is one of my most fave pictures EVER! :) I meant to post this right after I posted the other wedding photos, but Kylie got sick of me being on the computer and wouldn't let me. :) So I am now getting around to it. I thought this photos needed it's own dedicated post! Isn't this picture amazing! I just LOVE it! I was in the middle of a conversation and saw these two together, ran and got my camera, and hurried to take the shot before the moment was over. I am so in love with both of them! Brian was out of town at the beginning of the week for work, and I just missed him SO MUCH! I couldn't wait for him to come home. Then Kylie and I were driving home today, I looked in my rearview mirror to see her, and tears welled up in my eyes. I said a quick prayer of gratitude for my little angel baby...I love her SO MUCH! I love this daddy/daughter duo! And while I'm being mushy....I am so thankful for MY Daddy to give me the example of what a dad should be like! I will always cherish my relationship with my daddy! And no matter how old I get....he's my daddy! :)

Oops...Wedding Photos

Things have been crazy lately. And posting these photos completely slipped my mind! On August 12th, my cousin got married. It was a beautiful day, a beautiful ceremony, and a beautiful reception. It was fun getting together with family and getting together with family that I don't see/talk to NEAR enough! So here are some photos of the day. Turns out, I didn't get ONE of the bride and groom! So please send some my way, anyone who has one! They are a beautiful couple and deserve to be showcased! :)

And a great family shot! Haha! This is really what it's like most times I try to get Kylie to take a pic with her parents! She wants to just run around and play! We're mean for making her sit still for a moment, huh?! :)

These are my FAVE flowers! They were actually my wedding centerpiece flowers as well. So it reminded me of my wedding day a bit too! :) So of course I had to get a shot! LOVE THEM! Gorgeous! :)

Ahhhh...Debbie and Danny in the year 2008? Since Carter looks just like his grandpa, Danny, and Kylie looks like her grandma, my mom, (or so I hear...and I hear there are pics to prove it...are there really, Kim?! :) ) we wanted to get a photo of them together. So sweet! :)

FUNNY STORY...I realized yesterday that it's going to be an interesting experience raising a daughter. I have laughed at this story for the past 2 days.

Yesterday I was getting Kylie dressed for the day. I put her in these cute striped capri pants. No problem. Well, I went to grab her shirt, and forgot that it was in the laundry. No big deal....I'll put on these Khaki long shorts. (It was a FABULOUSLY sunny and warm day!!! I was thrilled!) Anyway: I got to put the Khaki's on and Kylie FREAKS out on me. (And she is ALWAYS a good girl when I get her dressed....never any issues!) She starts crying, "NO! NO! NO! NO!" and just throwing a fit. Fine, I'll put on these cute white pants. Same reaction. "NO! NO! NO! NO!!!" I had no idea what was wrong, but I tried one more thing. I held up these pink shorts. All of a sudden the drama stopped and her whole face lights up in a smile. She says, "OOOOHHHHH! PINK!!!" And then lifts up her foot to put her leg in. I about died and seriously, can't stop laughing. Oh boy! That's all I have to say! :) The picture of her is from yesterday, in the outfit she agreed to wear, eating candy lipstick Grandma brought her when she came. (Yes, she loves make-up too! She always wants to be around when I put my make-up on for the day and loves when I fake put it on her too.)

A Quick Update...

Some people don't want to blog, some people just want one blog, and some people are crazy enough to try to do two blogs. I just fell into that last category today. Oh boy! Loved but almost forgotten photos!

I was reminded that I didn't post photos from the time we went to Kangaroo Zoo with Brian the last time. Uncle Matty got to join us this last time too, so that was a blast as well! I love this duo....

I just wanted to dedicate this post to my AMAZING husband and my AMAZING daughter! I love watching those 2 together...it warms my heart. I guess because I have always had such a good relationship with my dad (being the only girl in a family can definitely create a tight bond!), I want that for Kylie and Brian. Well I would definitely say the have it already! :) Brian is such a great daddy and I'm so lucky to have him be the father of my daughter. Kylie lights up when he walks into a room. Yesterday he didn't get home from work until after Kylie had already gone to bed. He had an event right after work that he had to go to so he didn't get to see her all day. He missed her so much yesterday, that he left work for a bit of a break today to come play with her before she took her nap. He couldn't wait to see her. I love that he loves to be with her so much. These photos are from the other day when we went out to eat as a family. Aren't the precious?! :) So THANKS to Brian for all you do for our family and THANKS to Kylie for lighting up our life!!! I love you both more than you know!
